Refund policy

Did you receive an item that is damaged? 

I understand that things happen, and I am happy to send a replacement if you received a product that is damaged. If your product is damaged, meaning it is cracked, broken, or leaking, please let me know within 48 hours of receiving your package. To do so, send me an email WITH photos of the product(s) AND packaging to: simply.soft.sugar.scrubs@gmail.com. 

*Please note*

My sugar scrubs are made with oils that are sensitive to higher temperatures. They may soften or even melt some during warmer weather as they are being transported or sitting on front porches. Melting IS NOT considered a damaged item. If melting or separation occurs, the quality of the product is not affected. If you prefer them more firm, simply sit them in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to help them re-harden. 

The melting of whipped scrubs may decrease the volume in the containers, causing them to look semi-empty. Please know they were filled completely when being made. 

All products will be packaged in ways to help avoid melting as best as possible.

Returns/Refunds

Due to the type of products I sell, I only offer refunds or exchanges for damaged items when notified within 48 hours of delivery. Return of items must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Policies 

All domestic orders will be processed and shipped within two business days.
